- We are recruiting a MS Office Technical Specialist who will be responsible for creating, designing and formatting templates alongside testing and reporting on the functions of Microsoft templates and toolbars on various projects.
This is a hugely exciting role for someone who has a passion for MS Office and enjoys working at senior level on exciting brands within property, financial services and law firms. You will have a background of proofing and reviewing the work produced by Designers and you will be responsible for testing software to ensure that problems are intercepted/resolved and that projects run to deadline.
You must have the following experience/skills:
Advanced MS Office Skills
Have experience of designing and executing concepts for pitches
Have experience building PowerPoint and Word templates within branded guidelines
Possess excellent attention to detail
Have a keen eye for copy and layout and and experinece in designing graphics
Communicate effectively with Technical Manager/Development Team and design staff
Be numerate and feel comfortable working with data
Have experience of writing Macros
Have an understanding of the print process
Be flexible and enjoy liaising with clients extensively
