- Description
- We are searching for a Presentation Specialist to work an evening shift at a city financial house. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the presentations function. This role will be working on a later shift, hours could be 1pm to 9pm or 2pm to 10pm.
You will be customer-service driven, able to build and maintain relationships with clients and staff; work collaboratively with colleagues, providing oversight and direction in order to fully meet or exceed client expectations. In addition, you will be required to have an excellent knowledge of bank templates and brand requirements. You will be responsible for the production of high end client presentations (branded and bespoke and neutral designs for Mandates and RFPs), alongside complex map creation and any ad-hoc DTP requests.
Core Responsibilities
· In collaboration with colleagues, maintain a positive and strong customer service focus
· Work cohesively with colleagues and clients to ensure that deadlines are met, resources are
effectively used and optimal service levels maintained
· Consult with and advise clients to work within the remit of in-house templates
· Develop productive client working relationships
· Through team proficiency, ensure that all KPI service level agreements are met in full
· Ensure a seamless service between shifts through a thorough handover to peers
· Maintain the request inbox to ensure work is logged, processed and completed to deadline
· Undertake any reporting requirements as directed by colleagues or client
Competencies & Qualifications Required
· Expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Expert skills in Workflow Management
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Ability to perform duties outside the parameters of job description
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, and a critical eye for aesthetics
· Confident communicator, team player, dependable, flexible, self-motivated
. A minimum of four years dedicated presentations experienced gained within financial services
