- Description
- We are searching for a Document Production Assistant to consistently produce high-quality, in-brand material for internal and external publication. The successful applicant will be expected to work efficiently and quickly to format and publish documents using Microsoft Office with the Production Team.
KeyResponsibilities
1. Liaise with financial analysts and publish time-sensitive MS Word-based investment researchreports
2. Promptly produce error-free documents to Liberum’s corporatestandard
3. Daily updates and checks of a wide variety of criticaldocuments/systems/data
4. Tag and publish research via ‘SingleTrack’ CRMsystem
5. Assist in the creation of presentations andpitchbooks
6. Ad-hoc tasks including printing and bindingdocuments
7. CRM/Database management
You should have strong skills in Microsoft Office 2010, and excellent attention to detail with a pro-active and logical approach to problem solving. The role would suit someone with previous experience in a corporate production environment with knowledge of third party research aggregators (Bloomberg/ Thomson Reuters), or a motivated Graduate looking for their first role in the City. The ideal candidate should be bright, enthusiastic, have an eye for detail and able to learn tasks quickly.
Monday – Friday, 24 hours per week (5pm – 10pm Monday - Thursday, 5pm – 9pm on Fridays)
