Working alongside another team leader you will be expected to cover client relationship building, attend briefings for projects, take charge of resourcing as well as ensuring the right resources are working on the right projects.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent technical skills from a design point of view and, although the role will involve little hands on design, you will be involved with lots of trouble shooting, so a hands on approach would help. Ideally you will have some financial / professional services background, however, we will also consider a person with creative / marketing background.
Successful candidates selected for interview will be required to take a test on InDesign.

• To reproduce high quality documents to client specifications using high speed reprographic and finishing equipment in the DMC.
• Meet client time constraints, escalating issues with client if necessary. Highlighting any potential issues with work to supervisor and workflow administrator and with their assistance ensure that clients are informed of progress on production of work.
• Ensure full handover is given or taken when starting or finishing a shift.
• Support colleagues and work as a team in order to achieve the best results for clients.
• To ensure all work is to the highest standard by ensuring quality checking is actioned on all documents.
• To communicate to clients in a clear, concise and polite manner at all times. Advising where appropriate on the best method of production.
